Order cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only before the products are shipped. Shipping happens when you receive the email with the AWB number. The sooner you tell us, the surer we can stop it.

• write to us at office@arthemya.com from the address used for the order, or call +40 733 618 988 (Diana, Sales) / +40 726 700 990 (Florin, Projects);
• give the order number (it is in your confirmation email) and your name;
• we confirm the cancellation by email. The order is cancelled from the moment of our confirmation.

If the products have already been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order; you can receive them and withdraw from the contract as set out in the Right of withdrawal page.

• Card payment: we refund the full amount, including shipping, to the same card you paid with, within 14 days of cancellation. The money shows in your account depending on your issuing bank.
• Bank transfer: if you have already paid, we refund the amount to the account the payment came from (or to one you give us in writing), within 14 days. If you have not paid yet, the order is cancelled at no cost.

We charge no fee for cancellation.

We may cancel an order if the products are no longer available, if we find a price error, or if payment was not completed on time (for bank transfers). We tell you right away and refund in full any amount received, under the same conditions.
